Nguyễn Lê Khánh Ngọc (MSc.)
I am a graduate of Tampere University, Finland, with a Master’s degree in Human-Technology Interaction. Presently, I work as a UX designer for the design system at Metso.
Over the years, I have gained extensive experience designing mobile application interfaces for hackathon projects and startups, always striving to deliver a captivating user experience. I have always been intrigued by the intricacies of human interaction with machines and technology, which still offer a vast scope for exploration.
During my Bachelor’s program in Information Technology, I resolved to reorient my career trajectory from front-end coding to designing for people and society in computing spaces. My decision was primarily motivated by a desire to operate on a larger and faster scale. While technology, human psychology, and cognition continue to evolve, design remains invaluable by enhancing people’s overall lives through emotion, functionality, and aesthetics.
I have transitioned from solely following my creative instincts to focusing on the structure and systematisation of design. My background in computer science has enabled me to effectively communicate with developers and offer a systems view on designing interfaces that feel more humane.
